About April
April is a third generation Texan that grew up in the small town of Brenham. If you have ever eaten Blue Bell Ice Cream, then you have tasted a bit of the Brenham life. Its an old town with fabulous places to visit like the Blue Bell Creameries, Washington on the Brazos, and numerous festivals throughout the year. She always brings her small town country values to every real estate transaction.

April is a Texas State Alumni with a Bachelors in Business Administration majoring in Finance. While attending school, April worked as an apartment manager. She was the sole leasing consultant, performed most maintenance and maintained 98% occupancy during her 4 year employment. She loved meeting new people and building relationships with her residents giving her the motivation to begin a career in real estate.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Austin Board of Realtors, April has the ability and knowledge to assist you in purchasing or selling your next home. She is confident that she can facilitate all your needs and wants. April works with Capitol Area Realty that has been serving Austin area communities for over 25 years. It is a family environment with over 50 agents and most are very involved with the community.

Spending a lot of time with her family is very important. Aprils parents have been excellent role models and helped her grow into a trustworthy, hardworking and compassionate woman. Her sisters, Allison and Amanda, are also a big part of her life. They love to eat good food and shop! April also enjoys spending her free time with Roger, her fiancιe. Their hobbies include fishing, camping, hiking, and barbeque. The wedding is set for October 2005 at Canyon Lake, where Aprils parents have a beautiful waterfront home that will be perfect for the event.
